About me? I'm pretty much a unicorn beaming with interest in anything and everything. Like a Renaissance (Wo)Man, I seek to embrace all knowledge and develop my own capacities as fully as possible while being grounded in faith and wisdom.

My passions:

--> I am passionate about the human experience. With an undergraduate degree in psychology, neuroscience, and behaviour, I have explored facets of the human mind and the way it works through critical thinking and analysis. I've been taught to always be skeptical with information I am presented with and to always question why humans tend to behave the way we do.

--> I am passionate about science literacy. The pursuit of knowledge is not always linear; I think it's important as scientists to make our research and writing as accessible to the public as possible so they, too, can come along with us on our journey towards finding answers to important questions of the world.

--> I am passionate about advancing healthcare and the medical field through UX design and research. Since high school, I've been involved in clinical research in the various fields of: hematology, multi-organ transplantation, forensic psychiatry, and surgical oncology. Combined with my current studies in UX design, all of these experiences share my one key motivation: to contribute knowledge to the best of my ability so we can understand and alleviate pain points that patients encounter throughout their journey.

--> I am passionate about community-building and representation. As a young adult woman, person of colour, and first generation immigrant coming from a lower socioeconomic class, much has ridden against me throughout history. But I stand firm on the shoulders of giants to which I owe my greatest gratitude to be in the privileged position that I am now. There is a long way to go in my journey, but I am a testament to their dreams and I will continue to work with my community for better representation: whether that's leading student groups, non-profit organizations, mentorship programs, or cultural clubs.
